Yoga for osteoporosis

During some weeks of spring and summer at Rexburg Yoga, we will practice the series of poses suggested by Dr. Loren Fishman – Go here for more information on the background and studies on osteoporosis and yoga done by Dr. Fishman:

The practice is 12 poses held for an average of 45 seconds. The length can vary depending upon individual needs. There is no particular order needed in the postures and each one can be done modified for more or less challenge.
tree, triangle, warrior 2, side angle, revolved triangle, bridge, locust, reclined leg stretch straight up and to the side, 2 different twists, & relaxation.
