Lilias Folan was a teacher on PBS decades ago. The instructions and demonstrations are very clear and concise. Old style, but great teaching. Many of her old shows are on a youtube channel call The Yoga Portal.
Also on this same channel search for Patricia Walden. Her instruction is also excellent.
