Pandit Rajmani Taigunait is the spiritual leader of the Himalayan Institute. He says,

It tells us clearly how our body can best serve our mind, how both our body and mind can serve the purpose of our soul, and ultimately how, we–as a combination of body, mind, and soul–can discover the boundless freedom and lasting joy that brought us here to this world in the first place.”
