One of the programs I listen to regularly while working around the house is Sounds True: Insights at the Edge. A recent interview was with Dr Lawrence Edwards on Kundalini energy.
We haven’t discussed this much at all in our morning class and that’s probably because we did not have much understanding. After hearing this interview, the Kundalini energy is demystified for me and my educated guess is that many in our class are experiencing an ongoing Kundalini awakening in subtle and not-so-subtle ways. We just call it something else. Every culture and religion is going to have a name and a way to describe this “revelation and transformation” process. And Kundalini rising is one way to do it.
