Rexburg Yoga Classes

                              Morning Yoga Practice is Tues and Thurs from 9-10 am.
               Ballet Arts Studio located 2 blocks North of Middle School.

1.   Class begins at 9 am.  Please come a few minutes before 9 so you can get your mat and props set up in the studio before we begin.  We understand there are times when members must be late and when that happens, just remain in the check-in area if we are having a few minutes of quiet meditation.  Class will end around  10 am with relaxation pose in the last 5-10 minutes.  If you need to leave early please leave the studio room itself before the class begins relaxation pose. 

2.  We have 2 options for payment:  $6 for a drop-in class or $36 for a month.  There are about 8 classes during an average month.  It saves you a little bit to pay monthly .  We love our new studio and since we are renting the time here, we need your payment during that first week of the month.  Thanks for your promptness. 

3.  We have no way to care for children at the studio but we have a plan for moms with children.  Find another mom with whom you can trade babysitting.   The two of you can just pay the $36 per month like one person and split the time coming to class or babysitting.  Let us know if you need help finding another mom.

4.  Wear comfortable clothing that gives and stretches.  Having something light to eat 45 to 60 minutes before class is fine, but do not eat a heavy breakfast before coming.  If you have medical or physical limitations please tell the teacher before class begins. 

5.  We have mats and props for your use and you can also purchase and bring your own mat.  If you purchase your own props, you may store them at the check-in area.  The teacher will let you know what props you need for that day so you can take them all into the studio as you set up. 

6.  Please leave your cell phone in the car or ringer off in the check-in area. 

7. Sometimes we give hands-on adjustments for the purpose of safety, comfort or challenge.  If you prefer not to be adjusted , just let the teacher know . 

8.  We will provide safe instruction and we ask that you cause no injury by working into pain or beyond your limitations.    Ask for modifications and ask questions please. Teachers are trained in yoga and cannot give medical diagnosis or advice.
