Body Language

Went to a fun intro training on body language. These are the notes I took, so I can remember where they are.
Reading body language is a skill to find answers and solutions. To begin reading body language I must remove judgements and see movements as indicators. Wen I see indicators, the next step is to ask good questions.
When looking up to the R, this is looking up to the right brain, creativity, whole big picture processing and to the future.

when looking up to the left, this is processing linear, left brain data and past information.
Body language

Looking up with chin up is receiving download and inspiration. Take notes. The person will not remember.

Looking downward is a moving inside and into the subconscious mind. Allow it and do not rush. Stay with the person and eventually, they will look up and be ready to interact.

Looking side to side is listening to the voices in one’s head. Voices of past or future or spirit guides or angels or demons.

When you are talking to another person and you notice these things, be aware:
1) pursed lips, or covering the mouth. Something is being stopped from being said and they are holding back.
2) swallowing. A reply they want to make is being swallowed. Give them the chance to say.
3) open arms and hands is a welcoming gesture. This is a sign of trust and relaxation.
4) Closed hands, arms and gestures are defensive and not welcoming.
5)Cobra is where hands are up behind head. This is a sign the person is getting irritated and uptight and flight or fight. Do or say something to diffuse the situation.
6) Bear pose: hands on hip . Bossy.
7) Women who are clawing, pointing or gesturing towards the breasts are uncomfortable with sexuality and unconsciously making themselves a target.
8.) Men who hold hands clasp in front are uncomfortable with gender. Defensive posture.
9) hiding hands is a sign of not trusting.
10) playing with ring finger indicates trouble in relationships

RS Question – Apostacy and Priesthood

Why was it necessary for the Savior to restore divine authority during his earthly ministry, in addition to teaching the gospel.
1. Was it necessary? Yes. Because of Apostasy. Apostasy means that the fullness of the authority to organize and perform ordinances in God’s name has been lost on the earth; The complete authority, higher and lower priesthood. Authority to perform both the outer physical ordinances and the ordinances allowing access to the celestial kingdom were not held exercised in the organization of God’s church.
2. Adam had the priesthood complete authority for what he needed in his dispensation. By Noah’s lifetime, the priesthood and authority was corrupt except for Noah and family. After the flood you could consider that a “restoration” of divine authority. More widespread apostasy occurred as Israel became slaves in Egypt and then they rejected the Melchizedek priesthood. Moses, Joshua, other Old Testament prophets did have the higher priesthood but not Israel in general.
3. This period of time between the Old Testament prophets and the New Testament Zechariah and John the Baptist is where we don’t have scriptural references. We assume that there was continued apostasy and corruption of the divine authority.
5. While in his pre-mortal life Christ had authority and priesthood since we call him a member of the Godhead and Jehovah of the Old Testament, but as he was born into earthly mortal life, he was subject to his own laws of organization and order in mortal life. This is why he chose to be baptized by one having the available “authority” at the time (John), even if that authority was not complete.
So Jesus received baptism, and what about ordination to the priesthood by the laying on of hands? He would have needed this in mortality to organize his own church.
6. While it is not backed up by scriptural accounts, we must assume that at some time before he began his 3 year ministry, Christ was ordained to both priesthoods and given the keys to act in all earthly offices. President George Albert Smith just says, “He had divine authority, and he organized a Church under the direction of our Heavenly Father, and he conferred divine authority upon his associates.” Maybe this is what occurred while preparing for his ministry during those days in those 40 days in the wilderness. I do believe that Christ followed his own divine order.
7. Christ organized the quorum of the 12 and maybe other organizations while still alive and then the 12 apostles continued the organization of the ancient church because they had the priesthood and the keys to act in the priesthood. What we know as the Great Apostasy happened after this time.
8)Studying this question has raised more questions in my mind. While Christ’s teachings are preeminent in history, it did not require divine authority to do that. There were many righteous, godly teachers in history. Healing and miracles happen to righteous, faithful people in every age whether or not the priesthood is upon the earth. Divine authority was required for what? For organizing God’s church. And for ordinances that make available the celestial kingdom.
And the thought occurred to me: maybe Jesus needed priesthood authority to accomplish the atonement, his own death and the resurrection. Those are more questions that I pondered about the priesthood and the Savior’s life and mission.
9) Not all of my questions are answered in the scriptures or by latter-day prophets, and this is where faith comes in. I believe that divine authority – priesthood is necessary to receive the ordinances of exaltation. I believe that Jesus has this authority, and that we have it in the Church today. I don’t feel I am missing out on any blessing from the God since I myself am not ordained. I am basing my actions each day upon these beliefs and so far I find stability, happiness, personal power, connection to God and peace in these beliefs, so to me this is a witness that I should keep believing and keep acting in faith.

Personal mission statement

My own personal mission statement is something like – I understand and believe that I am an eternal intelligence, an eternal spirit living in a temporal (virtual reality) school or game for a few years. I’m here to learn to love, choose truth and serve. I’m here to experience great stuff and terrible stuff. All of the experiences and choices are for my highest and best good because my intention is to love God and share his love with others. I believe he will turn all my experiences to my highest and best good. My mission for today is stay grounded in this intention, dedicate my actions to God and enjoy the day!

Jan 2012

Note to self: If these words appeal to you – queen, respect, honor, peace, balance, joy, health, unity, white, crystal, rainbows, stillness, simplicity, healer, angelic, wise woman, and contentment, then will you this day, this year, this lifetime feel it inside and manifest it in your behavior?

I will behave as the queen, angel, honorable healer wise woman that I am. I and only I am responsible for what I feel, think and do. I resolve that if I am not feeling, thinking and behaving as my best self, I will retreat.

I will not fight. I will not run after others in fear that I have not pleased them. I will heal and clean up my field and at times will offer help to others and then wait for the request. I am not a warrior that jumps into the mud and fray. I will remove myself from that. I will allow others to be warriors, nurses, builders, and firefighters.

I will align myself with the Holy Spirit and request that He be my guide. I will allow the yin darkness to come. I will acknowledge, give gratitude and love and then remove myself as the queen and sage might do. Then I will align myself again with spirit and do as much as I can to enlighten and clean up the darkness. First I will get myself into the Light.

I may choose to share the things I do to stay centered and joyful, but I will on my terms. I expect to be tested in this resolve everyday.

re creation to Quantum Think

21 Distinctions:

1. Holistic and Holographic. sound balance and complete.
a. Write a completion list. Write a list of things that are incomplete right now. Things that are pulling and draining energy.
b. Complete 3 items. Do, Eliminate, deem it as complete, delegate,
c. Contemplate how your life is one interconnected whole. As you write your list and get yourself complete, contemplate how even the smallest in completion belongs to the whole an impacts the whole of you; and contemplate how being whole and complete moment by moment also permeates the whole of your life. Each area of your life is related to all the other areas of your life. All of you is always present in every situation Be aware of this as you write your list and get yourself complete.
d. Just for one day imagine the Earth as your living room and treat it that way. Se if you can leave any place more conscious than you found it. Even if you cannot bring yourself to pickup a stray paper or aluminum can from a lawn or the floor of a public place, just think about doing it. Notice how becoming aware of this affects you.
e. Consciously create one multidimensional action. Accomplish several results with one actions. Enjoy the game of it. Watch the video “powers of ten.”

the dimensions are: physical, energetic: breath? virtual: mind and awareness, Spiritual:heart and the connection of all, cosmic: natural laws operating principles functioning thru out the universe, esoteric: souls, stories of evolution and prophecy, Divine: responsible for Creation and sustaining and restoring.

2. Observer-created Reality.
a. Shift a predictable outcome by consciously creating your Intent in the moment. Notice the automatic judgments and conclusions you have about someone in your life which you have been holding as “the way it is” about that person. Then, create an Intent for this person with regard to your relationship with home or her – and Intent that actually alters what happens between you.

Do this in the moment with at least one person. Be bold. Practice this with a person you think you already “know” that this is the way he is. Watch what happens when you can authentically notice that your old conclusion is not the truth and that you can genuinely shift yourself by your own conscious choice to do so. You can create an intent for your relationship, for the intended results, for an unknown, unforeseen unfolding, for any or all of the above. Allow yourself the pleasure of what unfolds when you are meeting with people, consciously, and awake to your relationship with them. Just the act of noticing when your thinking is fixed, rigid or mechanical will be freeing for you. Remember, when you work in the area of consciously creating your Intent, the results are quantum; you can expect the unexpected.

3. Infinite Possibility.
a. observe your Least-action pathways. You don’t have to try to do anything with them. Just notice them. Simply notice: your habitual way of responding to requests, opinions, judgements, promises, you receive from others. Your habitual ways of speaking, your mannerisms, tone of voice, attitudes, compassion, expectations, demands, kindness, love, or lack thereof. Your habitual ways of Listening. Your pre-conceived knowing, your patience and space for people, your evaluations, opinions, attentiveness

Notice if you find yourself in a habit of reacting resulting in one of these states: agitation, complaining, worrying, criticizing, irritations, pressured, stressed, angry.
b. Just once today, when you catch yourself in a least action pathway, shirt it by thinking from infinite possibility and generating a new Intent. Create possibility in a situation where it would ordinarily look like you are going to have to settle or compromise. Rather than focusing on what’s wrong and trying to fix it, create a new possibility from your Intent alone.
c. Explore Infinite Possibility by doing something that is foreign to you , far from what you would typically do. read a magazine that it would never occur to you to read, or a show. Do something creative that you have always wanted to do, but never seem to get around to it. Expand your experience of life.

4. Success to Mastery.
a. Continue to Listen from Not-Knowing as a deliberate act of consciousness.
b. As you are sitting with the person you live with or the person you work with or the person you see every day, consciously consider and realize: I don’t know this person, because this is a person of Infinite Possibility, changing and evolving all the time. This is a fresh moment. I can hear something I have never heard before from this person, Listen from not-Knowing.
c. Practice Listening From Not Knowing with your own self. When you think you know something about yourself, Listen from not-knowing.
d. Today, listen this way to at least three people you think you know so well. Consider that you are more than you think you are, beyond your fixed ideas, concepts and conclusions about yourself. Today, live in the realizations that you can be powerful and effectively operate in the aspect of the Infinite we call the Unknowable. Watch for amazing surprises, You move from Success to mastery.

5. Allowing.
a. Consciously and with awareness that you are doing so, create a powerful intent to set up a resonance for something you truly desire. Then consciously and with awareness that you are doing so, Allow for tall the possibilities to reveal themselves to you. Allowing is always in a co-creative dance with conscious Intent. Become alert to these manifestations of Allowing, realizing you own conscious field as the source of them.
For this to work you need to be very clear about your Intent. it is like planting a seed. You plant the seed and culture it. Then you watch the blossoming, the flowering, the unfolding. You will notice ideas, people, emotions, opportunities, clues or signals, clear instructions. Allow yourself to be surprised and pleased with what adventure shows up.
b. For one entire day, become aware of all the nonlinear results or quantum occurrences that show up thru out your day. Non-linear means connections that are made that don’t appear to be related in the ordinary logic of cause and effect or physical linkage.

6. One Conversation.
a. Practice Being in One Conversation with a t least three different people before reading the next chapter. Then the other person is speaking just be with what is being said. Remember , you are co-participating in this dialogue which is really One whole evolving Conversation that belongs to both of you or all of you. If your own thoughts try to sneak into the conversation, just notice that and let them slip away as you re-focus yourself on what is being said by the other person. you will know when it is your time to speak, and you will naturally build on that conversation. You experience it as a co-creation.
b. Listen with your whole being to the complete Beethoven’s 9th. Be with the music.

7. Perspective of All Perspectives.
a. Practice non-attachment. The way to do this is to notice what you are attached to. What ideas, knowledge, experiences, ethics you have an attach me: Here is how you can tell you are attached: you feel anger or frustrations, you make others wrong, you argue for your position, you have little or no control over your reaction, you cannot find your equanimity center.
b. In the moment you become aware of your attachment, to a way doing something or to an idea or opinion you have about something, allow yourself to step back and look t it from a place of equanimity. See if you can include other perspectives in the sense of just allowing them to be even when you don’t agree with them.

8. Transformation as distinct from Change.
a. Being in the right question. Whatever comes up in your life in the next 24 hours, practice looking at it by being in the question, “How can we have this work for everyone?” and watch where it leads you. you don’t have to speak the question aloud tho sometimes it may be appropriate and useful to actually say it.
b. Notice what questions you are in a you go about the affairs of your day. If you find the question you are in is leading you in an unfruitful direction, then create the right question. The right question is any question that will produce what is most appropriate and workable in the situation.
c. For at least one day practice staying focused on what you want rather than putting your attention on changing what you don’t want. What you want will naturally displace what you don’t want. Remember what you focus on expands.

9. 4 Aspects of Knowing.
a. Think of a result you want in life that is currently eluding you. Identify how you related to this result using the 4 aspects of knowledge as your gauge: Unawareness, conceptual, intuitive, participatory. Just notice which aspect you are in an see how that shifts the result for you.

Unaware: clueless, hooked, trying to avoid, resistance.
Conceptual: idea, helps you plan, should, ought-to, must, intellectual.
Intuitive: experience. tuned-in, serendipity, magic happens, You have confidence when you are in Intuitive knowing but still not certainty.
Participatory: You are participating in the creation of reality. You are the observer and the creator. You are the seed, the blossom and the fruit.

b. As you go about your day today select something small, a result you want, and conscious shift it from a state of unawareness, or concept into participatory. The way to do this: Create the Intent that you are already in Participatory Knowing.
c. Advanced – Use the 4 aspects of knowing in reverse to shift an undesirably result. If you are in participatory knowing g about a result you don’t want, shift it to concept and eventually have it fade into unawareness, so it is no longer your experience.

10. Being Centered.
a. Practice being centered by becoming the watcher. For at least a few minutes every day, become the watcher. Watch your own thoughts. Watch your own reactions. Watch your own emotions. Watch the people in your life as the wonderful characters in your movie, and really appreciate them for being those unique characters. Enjoy being the watcher, as you would enjoy watching a movie. This keeps you in the present moment.
b. In any moment of being centered in the present moment awareness, notice that you are able to shift your experience. When you are being centered you shift naturally from and upset to being ok with whatever happened.

11. Intuition and Non-locality.
a. Begin to practice using your intuition and nonlocality in a disciplined way so it becomes a useful everyday faculty for decision making and for accessing information not local to you. Be in awe of ordinary things as much and as many as possible. Notice the magical in common things we take for granted.
b. Consciously make at least three intuitive decisions this week. Do this with awareness and the Intent to use your intuition as your portal to non locality. Remember to center yourself in pure awareness to tap into this. Reality is multidimensional.
c. Use your intuition to tune in and consciously receive coaching from nature. Take note of the moon, a waterfall, a bird, a particular tree, a plant in your house. What message does it have for you? Life force messages are everywhere when you use your intuition to tune in.

12. Beyond Time.
a. As you go about your day notice the various concept of time that are giving you your experience in the moment.
b. Notice how your concepts of time direct and even dictate your decisions.
c. Notice that you experience a state change, and instantaneous quantum leap in consciousness, when you are present to these arbitrary concepts.

Erroneous concepts of time:
Scarcity. There is not enough Time and time is running out. Makes you rushed and squeezed and pressured. Not present with the person you are with.
Time-Space conflicts. Can’t do everything because I can’t be in 3 places at once. resignation, frustration, failure. cuts off thinking inter dimensionally.
Time is absolute. Going to be late, never get done on time. Thinking something takes x amount of time. Guilt, fear, pressure.

13. Multi-dimensional universe and multidimensional being.
a. practice relaxation and experience the multidimensional of your being.
b. 3 different times today sit down for five minutes and consciously focus on your breathing. Take 10 conscious breaths. Slowly and deeply.
c. As you breath contemplate: your breath is your connection to life and the universe. its the connects to all the dimensions of your being. and has the power to maintain your sense of well being.

14. Either/or to Both/And.
a. As you go about your day notice when the Either/Or mechanism shows up within yourself and between you and the people in your personal and professional life. In the moment you notice it, shift to a Both/And perspective. What what unfolds in the outcome when you do this.
b. Become aware of tall the ways the Either/or thought pattern shapes discussions, debates, news, media talk shows. Allow yourself to just be with it from a transcendent state of being the watcher.

15. The art of distinguishing: A new world view of Learning.
a. 3 times today notice the difference between a description and a distinction.
b. distinguish one “song of wisdom” that flows thru you and write it down.
c. Practice the art of distinguishing together with another person while in a conversation.

When you distinguish what you do, what you do becomes knowledge.
When you distinguish what you know, what you know becomes wisdom.
When you distinguish your wisdom, you are living it.

Distinguishing means identifying the least action pathways or the habits of thinking and reacting. My personal touch and passion for a pathway is what distinguishes it. its my song of wisdom.

16. Emotions The power of Mind. Transcend, Transmute, Transform.
a. Today, practice tuning in to every emotional experience you have. Feel it in the body.
b. At least one time Transmute your emotional energy.

Emotional attributes of the Self. From the heart
Love: not like romance, love for humankind and all of creation.
Kindness: not like being nice but a kindhearted way of being
Compassion: not feeling sorry but empathy and being with them as you would to yourself
Joy: not happiness with an event but knowing your state is Joy beyond all circumstances.

17. Conscious Evolution.
a. Contemplate what is it to choose Conscious Evolution, and consciously choose it, or decide not to choose i. it is fine not to choose it.
b. If you choose it then jot down a few notes on what each of the following mean to you in your life:
Individual Evolution: What lesson are you here to learn?
Worldly Evolution: What expression of your purpose are you here to accomplish?
Social Evolution: What role might you play in the evolution of our social systems and structures and processes?
universal Evolution: What is your vision for the next evolution of humanity at large?
Cosmic evolution: What do you see about the evolution of the universe?

18. Holomovement of Purpose
a. Take quiet time for yourself to sit down and reflect upon the patterns that have shown themselves thru out your life. Jot down:
What do people come to you for regardless of whether you were 5, 15, 30 or 50. what is the nature of the request they make of you?
What is the nature of the conversations you tend to have?
What kinds of things draw you in and attract your attention?
What do you find yourself continuously doing, in terms of the nature of activity you find yourself in regardless of who you’re with or what the setting?
What do you do with effortless ease, and passion?
If you had a microphone to the world and every person on Earth was listening intently to you, and you knew the message would penetrate, what is the one message you would want everyone to have?

The idea here is you are looking for the patterns. your are looking for the self-inherent order in the seeming chaos. you are discovering your Purpose in the Holomovement that is your life. You are not separate and isolated from the world and the era and state of evolution around you. What is going on in the world now? What are the trends? What are the indicators? You are interconnected with all of it.

b. Discuss the questions from Recreation a. with a family member or good friend.

19. Energy in Flux.
a. Check your energy atmosphere three times today. Is it dense or clear? Notice where your energy is focused. Are you in your “force” mode or sensuality mode? Heart mode? You don’t have to do anything with it. Just notice.

b. Relate to everything in your personal surrounding today as Energy in Flux. your computer, your food, the trees, the sun, your furniture, your rooms. Treat every entity as infused with life force. notice any changes in their
energy field when you infuse them with your attention, light and love.
c. Determine where you need and /or want to purify your energy in flux. Look at the physical, from your own body to the environment you inhabit, your home, your office your care or the places you go. Look at your thoughts your emotions, your spirit, your soul and connection to Divine Source. You can now intervene and generate your intent to purify your energy fields and lighten up.

20. Resonance.
a. Speak consciously. Take a musical pause. Today three times with three different people, pause before you speak. Become aware of the “song you are singing.” After you speak, pause and allow the vibration of meaning and message to resonate in the space before proceeding with the conversation.
b. Generate a new resonant field for an area of your life. Select a result you desire now. Spend a day noticing the Resonance you are vibrating with regard to this desired outcome. What you are resonating expresses as thoughts and meanings and feeling tones. If your Resonance does not match the Resonance of the desired outcome, just notice that. When you entrap yourself in a limiting thought form nothing can get in and noting can get out. Free yourself from inharmonic or incoherent thought forms and thought patterns you have been living as truth. Then generate a new resonant field with your Intent. What you you be saying to yourself if this new field was in place? What would you be experiencing? What would you be feeling?

c. Tune in to voice. Listen to voices, the tones and quality of other people’s voices. What does it tell you about them, emotionally, mentally, spiritually? notice what voice qualities you resonate with and those you don’t. Listen to your own voice at various times thru out the day. Notice the tonality and any Least-action pathways of voice you express. Awaken your self-expression by becoming aware of your voice quality in the moment.

21. Zero-Point field.

The 5 natural faculties of Mind Associated Dynamic
Power of Observation – Intent
power of nonlocation Intuition
Power of Transmutation Energy
Power of Meditation Awareness
Power of Manifestation Resonance

a. Meditate. Find your preferred way of meditation and practice it daily, even if only for five minutes.
b. During active moments while you are in action rest your mind in the Zero-Point State and reflect on The Power in Nothing.

22. Living Fully Dimensionally
a. notice your relationship to money in all its varying forms as you go about your typical day. What is automatic and mechanical about the way you relate to money? What specifically has been conditioned by the least-action pathways of the culture you live in regarding the messages and assumptions around money? What is conscious about your relationship with money? In the context of Living Fully Dimensionally, in which of the 7 dimensions are you in relationship to the topic of money in your routine daily activities? Create a statement of intent to establish a conscious relationship with money
b. Notice in which of the 7 dimensions you are predominantly related to the following areas of life. Relationship, Well Being, Creativity
c. Bless everyone around you each day.

Washing the emotions clean

I sat on the couch late that night engrossed in a crocheting project. It was a new pattern and it was coming together beautifully. I knew I needed to go to bed, it was late, but my DH was not yet home, so I was also waiting up for him as well as creating a new yarn project.

He came in the door a few minutes later and this was now enough motivation to get up and leave the project for another day. I greeted DH and we chatted about the work project that kept him late. He was exhausted and hungry. He remembered the food that was left-over from lunch and requested that I heat that up for him. I was happy to do so.

The leftovers were no where to be found, I guess someone else had finished them earlier. The yummy leftovers don’t stay around long. When I informed DH about the missing leftovers, I offered to make something else and gave several suggestions but this news was met with the overboiling pot of a tired, hungry, overwhelmed man. His solution was to just make himself a peanut butter sandwich and no he didn’t want me to make anything, and I should just leave it. The tone of the exchange was one of energetic barbs and shields on both sides.

We have agreed that sometimes DH just wants to be alone in peace and this was one of those moments, so I went to bed. And this is when the physical manifestations of the exchange swept over me. I noticed an elevated heart rate for awhile and thoughts that encouraged the feelings of being blamed unfairly, defensiveness, rejection, sadness and confusion. I felt I had done the best I could at the moment, and I wanted to still fix him something to eat and enjoy and relaxing moment before bed but that was not too be. I now had chemistry flowing thru my physical body. My thoughts also were of patience and understanding that this episode was like the straw that broke the camel’s back and that if he were more rested, it would have turned out differently. So I immediately forgave him, but also realized that I did get hooked and those strong emotions were being experienced around the body.

The greatest sensation was in the heart center. It was not painful, but just a radiating heat and tingling. I could not identify whether this was a compassionate open, forgiving heart, or a sad, rejected heart. The physical feeling was great, but it was not painful or joyful.

What to do with the emotions as they create chemistry and flood thru the body igniting the sympathetic nervous system? How to calm and bring back balance and transform the emotions? I offer this practice that I will use from now on. I call it the Moment to be At One with the Savior. At One Ment. Atonement.

I notice physically what is happening around my body. This burning and heat feeling in my heart is what I felt. It was at about a level 5. That is the only sensation. Everything else felt calm and relaxed. In my own mind and imagination I time and space travel to the Garden of Gethsemane because at this very moment is when Jesus is also feeling this very same thing. It is a moment that we are one. He and I are sharing this emotion and this feeling in our bodies. That was his purpose in the Garden and now I meet him there.

We have a conversation as I kneel there with him by the ancient and gnarled olive tree.

Welcome to the Garden. Are you also having this heat sensation in your heart? Are you feeling rejected and defensive and blamed unjustly?

Yes. That’s it exactly. Just exactly. And that’s what you are feeling as well – exactly what I am? You know what I am feeling?

Yes. That’s why we are sharing this unified moment together. Are you ready to transform those feelings, or do you want to experience them more? I will be here waiting for when you are ready. You must be the one to decide if you want the feelings transformed.

I can give them up or keep them? Its my choice? But as long as I keep them, I feel them in my body, and I am turning my back on your gift of transformation?

Yes, you are just keeping the suffering going in your own body and its not necessary. I can easily transform those emotions, but you have to decide. I can only encourage you to do so. And I know how you feel about that too. We are unified in those feelings of justification, anger and revenge.

It seems silly and a waste of time and energy and physical resources to hang onto these emotions any longer than necessary. I have done the task of identifying where they are in the body so I am ready. I take responsibility for my part in the event and in creating these emotions. I forgive myself, I forgive my DH, I forgive any other person and situation that caused these feelings.
That’s wonderful. That’s the permission I need to do my work now – your forgiving others and yourself. You notice this blood on my hands? It’s my blood and I will just take my hands and cover your heart with that blood and wash it over your shoulders and anywhere else in your body you are feeling these emotions. Its a little like me taking and swiping this blood around the door post of your house.

It doesn’t take long and that blood transforms into white light. You don’t have to worry that I will run out of blood. There is enough to transform and clean up every sin, injustice and hurt you come to me with. While you are here with me in the garden just breathe deeply as we work together. As the blood fades and is transformed into light, just keep breathing.

Thank you so much. Thank you for letting me come into the Garden and feel what you are feeling. Thank you for sharing what I am feeling so I am not alone. Thank you for transforming the emotions and washing it away from my body. Thank you for your love and support. Thank you.

Your gratitude is wonderful and heart-felt now let’s both take that gratitude and extend it to Heavenly Father and give him the glory for this Gift of Transformation.

Yes, you are right. Thank thee Heavenly Father and praise God from whom all Blessings Flow.

I travel back in space and time to my own room and evaluate how I feel. I want to be very honest and very aware. Its not a time to deny or think positively. Its a time to do a white-glove check around my physical body. Is there any feeling left of those emotions? If so, its easy. I return in time and space back to the Garden. My Savior is still there, sharing my emotions, feeling what I’m feeling and ready to wash these emotions from my body with his blood; doing it all for God.

I go back to Him as many times as it takes to forgive myself, forgive others and have my sins washed with his blood and those emotions transformed to calm and joy in the body.

Loving and accepting all emotions

When a traumatic event happens to us, the natural thing to follow are strong and unpleasant emotions. If we are religious then we might have received the message that it’s not spiritual or shows a lack of faith in God if we fully embrace these unpleasant emotions. So we put on a happy face or lock the emotions inside or unconsciously deny those feelings are present. All these methods would be a way to trap the emotion in the body.

Is it not spiritual to experience these unpleasant emotions in the body? Does it show a lack of faith? What’s up with emotions and our temporal mortal classroom? In my opinion – it is the curriculum. Here’s my interpretation of some scriptures that I have come to on my own and to me feels like inspiration and revelation from God for me personally. If these thoughts also help you then wonderful.

If we are to follow Christ as our example in all things, did he give us an example of what to do with strong and unpleasant emotions? Yes, he did . Two ways come to mind. First, love our enemies. Second, the atonement.

First lets determine how emotions are experienced in the human body. All emotions are felt as a physical sensation. Emotions are generated from thoughts, so our spirit or mind has a thought that then generates emotions that are felt in the body. The unpleasant emotions are generated from thoughts that are not true – thoughts that remove us farther from God’s presence. The unpleasant physical sensations are there to tell us that those thoughts are not true. But we can’t get rid of the emotion by denying it, refusing it, rejecting it or locking it in the body. We calm the emotion by examining the thoughts – but not necessarily in the middle of the trauma and storm.

Those unpleasant emotions feel like enemies because they make us nauseous, achy, cold, hot, dizzy, in pain, short of breath and stiff. Every emotion can be translated into a physical body feeling – every one. That is a practice in awareness all in itself. And we are taught by Jesus to love our enemies. So we are to love the unpleasant and negative emotions? Yes.

How do we do that? The same way you love a person. Acknowledge, validate, listen, accept, allow and bless. Let’s work with a very specific example. I have an argument as I’m trying to talk to my DH. I feel angry and taken advantage of and manipulated. I stop and feel this in my body. It is a lump and stinging in my throat. It is an acid feeling and a desire to cry. It is a tightening around my body and a jumpy, unsettled feeling in my chest. This is acknowledgement and awareness of the enemy.

I validate and listen to the emotions by following the bodily feelings and by expression. I tell the story of what I feel and what happened. Writing, dancing, yelling, crying, talking to self or another, drawing, running or walking, playing music are all ways to express and validate the enemy emotion. I allow and bless the emotion by having the intention of acceptance and love and request that the experience give me wisdom and compassion.

Any method of energy medicine is good at this point. Prayer, EFT or meridian tapping, Emotion Code and other are all effective and in my opinion are working directly because of the atonement of Christ. Pray or have the intention of loving and blessing the intensity and pain and sending it to God to be transformed. But only after it has given all of its gifts to me. I have an agreement with that emotion that I will always love and accept it and if I need to learn more in that area, the emotion is free to come back to share more gifts. I am open and welcoming to have it flow thru again for my highest and best good. Breathe deeply and become aware again of how the sensation in the body has changed. I have loved my enemy and it is transformed into peace.

The 2nd example Christ gave in accepting unpleasant emotions was the atonement itself in the Garden of Gethsemane. Here was the moment in the mortal body where Christ was to receive our unpleasant emotions and feel them in his body. What happened? Did he say he was “too spiritual?” Did he deny this experience or say he was above it? No – he said “ok. Thy Will be Done.”

From D&C 19: 18 Which suffering caused myself, even God, the greatest of all, to tremble because of pain, and to bleed at every pore, and to suffer both body and spirit—and would that I might not drink the bitter cup, and shrink—

19 Nevertheless, glory be to the Father, and I partook and finished my preparations unto the children of men.

Christ allowed the unpleasant emotions that were not generated from his own pure and perfect thoughts. These emotions were generated from all of our imperfect thoughts, our sins. He allowed the pain, stinging, tightness, racing heart, nauseous stomach, headache, short breath, lump in the throat, throbbing sensations, dizziness and every other unpleasant bodily sensation we know as emotions to flow thru and be felt completely. He loved and accepted the emotions.

I don’t know the physics of how those emotions were transformed but maybe they were just swallowed up and loved into lightness and peace. But we are the beneficiaries of that transformation even if we don’t understand how it works.

What do you do with all these ideas and theories? How can this help when a trauma occurs? 1)Be willing in mind and heart to accept and feel whatever comes up. 2) If it serves you find a friend or support to be a “watcher and witness.” 3) Notice and tell what you feel in the body 4)In your chosen way tell the story and use the energy medicine techniques at the same time or after you express your story. 5) Notice again and tell what you feel in the body. Repeat as much as you need as each wave of unpleasant emotion comes up.

All emotions both wonderful and terrible are acceptable and worthy to be loved. Allow both to flow thru and give gifts; Flow thru the body – not to be trapped or rejected. When the intensity has lessened, then it is a great time to examine the thoughts behind the unpleasant emotions. Again there are many techniques to do this. The thoughts might be unconscious so those will need to be uncovered, accepted and resolved. Balance can be achieved in mind/body and emotions. We have the tools!

RS Inflammation class – rework

2 Ne 26: 4 Wherefore, all those who are proud, and that do wickedly, the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of Hosts, for they shall be as stubble.
5 And they that kill the prophets, the depths of the earth shall swallow them up, and mountains shall cover them, and whirlwinds shall carry them away, and buildings shall fall upon them and crush them to pieces and grind them to powder.
6 And they shall be visited with thunderings, and lightnings, and earthquakes, and all manner of destructions, for the fire of the anger of the Lord shall be kindled against them, and they shall be as stubble
D&C 112: 24 Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolation, shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord.

These scriptures tell of a very frightening time, and that time is now. I used to view this scripture and picture actual fires and my house and property burning up. Now I view it with a more subtle and internal view. To me these scriptures describe what is happening to most all of our physical bodies. The depths of the earth could describe depression. Whirlwinds can describe confusion, insomnia, anxiety. Mountains covering us describe being overwhelmed and burdened. Thunder and lightening might describe a stroke or mental problems where the body’s electrical system is overloaded. And what about the fire and burning. Let me tell you what that is.
What do all these diseases have in common? Alzheimer’s, Arthritis, Diabetes, Obesity, auto-immune illness, Heart disease, Migraine headaches, allergies, Lupus, Parkinson’s disease, digestive disorders, insomnia, asthma, cancer? All of these are a manifestation of inflammation in the body. Inflammation means being on fire from the inside. These illnesses have skyrocketed in the 20th and 21ist century – what we call the last days.
Let me explain quickly how and why inflammation occurs. When the body is in a relaxed and balanced state, there is no fire. All is well. However, If the mind or body perceives a threat, the brain calls up the army and declares red alert and this starts the fire. This begins the inflammatory response. It is immediate. If the threat goes away and we bring our body back to resting and relaxation, the army retreats, the fire is cooled. In our modern world however, the perceived threats are constant and growing. The army is always on high alert and the body is almost always in a state of inflammation. Now the conditions are there for chronic illnesses to continue and bring more discomfort to the body.
What are the threats? Foods we eat that are not digested well, not sleeping well, anger, unforgiveness, being in a hurry, not enough moderate exercise, overwork, holding grudges, not taking time for people, for relaxation for enjoyment, judging ourselves and others, toxic chemicals in our food, water and air. holding onto ideas, attitudes, or possessions that no longer serve us, negative thoughts about ourselves. All these things cause inflammation, the burning fire like a whirlwind.
Let’s return to the scriptures for hope and healing. From the New Testament.
Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

17That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love. And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
From this we learn that healing and the cooling of inflammation ultimately comes from feeling the love of God.
( 1 Nephi 17:41)He sent fiery flying serpents among them; and after they were bitten he prepared a way that they might be healed; and the labor which they had to perform was to look; and because of the simpleness of the way, or the easiness of it, there were many who perished.

A teacher of Zen Buddhism asks his disciple to bring him something that is not medicine. The student searches and searches. He finally comes back to and says, “I cannot find anything that is not medicine.” Teacher replies, “Then bring me something that is medicine.” And student bends down, plucks a blade of grass and hands it to him. Teacher holds up the blade of grass and says, “This has the power to kill and to give life.”
- Bringing the Sacred to Life: The Daily Practice of Zen Ritual (John Daido Loori) p.39
God has given us multitudes of healing medicine. Multitudes – so many forms of natural, gentle medicine and healing that we cannot count them all. If we believe this, then everything in the world provided to us by God is both medicine and poison. We need inspiration, wisdom, temperance to use all as medicine.
But I want to share 3 tonight.
1) Ask for headache. Ask for #
2) Give drink of water. Breathing and stretching.
