A word picture for how the mind/brain works. In a plane the pilot is a computer autopilot program. It works so enormously efficiently that the copilot could actually be asleep most of the time and the plane would safely arrive at its destination.
This computer is programed early in the prelaunch stage with the input of other pilots and crew and from the pilot as well. Then when the plane gets underway, there isn’t much programing that goes on. Sometimes during the flight, the computer receives some updates from the pilot or crew, but mostly it proceeds according to preprograming. This autopilot would be the unconscious mind.
The pilot is the conscious mind and in the plane the pilot is very busy with lots of things around the airplane. Lots of mundane tasks and some with meaning, but the pilot is very very busy and distracted from what the autopilot is doing. Most of the time the pilot is sleeping, when not working on these other things.
Sometimes the pilot is not happy with where the plane is flying and can take over the controls, but this takes pinpoint focus and the pilot cannot be doing anything else but flying the plane, all those other distractions and busyness must be off the list. This is very very difficult. It can be done, but its difficult. It’s called mindful living.
What if the pilot really wants to change direction? It does no good to ask the autopilot, or demand or use will power and force. Its just a computer program. The pilot needs to reprogram the computer. Its simple. Just reprogram the autopilot with the pilots map, speed, altitude wishes.
A child’s subconscious mind becomes programed in infancy and childhood and then works on autopilot. The child is in a wholebrain state perfect for programing. So if the adult pilot wants to reprogram the subconscious autopilot, the wholebrain state must be used as well.
Whole brain state, relaxed state, identify what negative programing needs to be changed, use intention and the proper frequency to remove the negative emotions. Install the positive emotion with gratitude and then reinforce the reprograming in the physical body with movement.
The movement is important so the new brain pathways of the new programing will be dug in the brain and the old pathways will be erased over time from disuse.
The negative programing is identified by unwanted thoughts, behaviors, physical symptoms or feeling stuck and unhappy in life.
The programming is identified as limiting beliefs and trapped emotions using energy testing.
The whole brain relaxed state is achieved by deep breathing, prayer, meditation, contemplative movement, a nap, relaxing music, repetitive movement like knitting something similar with the hands.
There are many methods of removing the limiting beliefs. Some include using the meridian system of the body. The emotion code uses a magnet down the governing meridian. The intention is to release the trapped emotion or limiting belief. That intention is the frequency to neutralize the negative programming. The magnet helps magnify the intention.
Request the opposite and positive emotion or belief to be put into the place of the negative programming. Then this new programming into the unconscious mind needs to be reinforced in the physical body. The old behaviors will die and the new ones should be celebrated and practiced until it then also becomes unconscious and the new autopilot takes over in the new direction.
The movement could include handwriting, stretching, walking, dancing.
