Warrior 2 adjustment

Its easy to feel the work and fire happening in the front leg, but its good to balance the action in the back leg to keep the energy and work centered.

This adjustment instantly helps the student feel what they need to do in the back leg. The teacher is not pulling hard forward, but slightly and then if the student gives more resistance, pulling harder is fine, but the amount of pull comes from the student.

Teacher should practice good safe alignment as well. This is an easy enough adjustment, it could be done with partners if the class is particularly large.
