Take yoga with you

The season is here for our students to be camping, hiking, walking, running, traveling and getting outside. We encourage y’all to take a simple practice with you. This week we will learn a simple flow for the 6 movements of spine that is done standing up so appropriate for times when you can’t take your shoes off and get on the floor.


6 movements of the spine include rounding and arching, twisting and a C curve. One extra pose is to open the chest and shoulders.
